The topic of the project raises the old and evergreen, one of the most enduring questions about the possibility of imaginary in the real world. Why are the fantasies of imaginary shared commonly as they are and could the observation of them be as well an helpful tool to the contemporary artist to detect the needs and weaknesses of the society? Could the fantasies help us understand the reality?

Project will be held in Häädemeeste on the second week of August 2011. Häädemeeste is located in South-West Estonia and is allegedly well known as the place where some people experience paranormal. Participants will stay in Häädemeeste over 7 days.

Workshop consists of the group discussions and seminars, held by the course leaders, partner professors and guests of the workshop, and the practical part of creating an art piece. Each participant will produce a
work at the local open space. The idea of the works should reflect the discussed matter. Workshop affords as well an individual activities like observations of the place and questioning local people. Invited guests will help to explore the ideas with giving different view points to the topic. By the end of the project all the produced works will be installed in the local surroundings, works will be documented and a publication will be printed.
